Who is eligible for wholesale pricing?
Independent wine shops, specialty retailers, tasting rooms, wineries, boutiques, gift stores, and approved resellers. Wholesale pricing is automatically applied once you create an account and we tag you as a wholesale partner.
What is your wholesale minimum order?
Our minimum is 1 case (any mix), with price breaks at higher quantities + ACH payments. Deck ONE is kept in stock; limited drops may be available for pre-order.
Do you offer in-store demos or staff training?
Yes. We regularly support retailers with:
• In-store demos & pop-ups• Staff education sessions (wine regions, grapes, and how to use Mistral Cards)
• Launch-day eventsThese are designed to help teams understand the product and drive sell-through.
How do I schedule an in-store event or training?
Email us at support@mistralcards.com with your shop info, preferred dates, and the type of activation you’d like. We’ll coordinate the right support (virtual or on-site, depending on location).
What’s the lead time for wholesale orders?
Deck ONE ships immediately (after late-Q1 Release) . Limited-edition decks may be pre-order only; estimated ship windows will be shown in your cart and confirmation email.
Can I place recurring orders?
Yes—many retailers set quarterly replenishment or event-based restocks. Let us know if you’d like help planning your sell-through calendar.
Do you offer point-of-sale materials?
Yes. We provide:
• Shelf talkers
• Small acrylic stands
• Counter display options
These are available to wholesale partners at no cost or low cost depending on the piece.
What margins should retailers expect?
Our program is built for strong specialty retail margins. Wholesale pricing is 50% off MSRP for standard SKUs.
