Shipping

Processing time

  • Orders ship from Washington in 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding holidays.

Carriers & rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking by email.

Delivery issues

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors/building first. Then email support@mistralcards.com within 7 days—we’ll help investigate.

  • We’re not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.

International (if enabled)

  • Duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs may cause delays.

Returns

Eligibility

  • Unopened, unused decks may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To start a return: email support@mistralcards.com with your order number.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

Condition

  • Items must be in original packaging, sealed, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-returnable: gift cards, final-sale items, custom/wholesale orders unless defective.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different item, place a new order and return the original per the policy above.

Damaged or incorrect items

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift shipped to you, refunds go to the original purchaser unless otherwise arranged.
