Carriers & rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking by email.
Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors/building first. Then email support@mistralcards.com within 7 days—we’ll help investigate.

We’re not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.
International (if enabled)

Duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs may cause delays.
Returns
Eligibility

Unopened, unused decks may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return: email support@mistralcards.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Condition

Items must be in original packaging, sealed, and in resellable condition.

Non-returnable: gift cards, final-sale items, custom/wholesale orders unless defective.
Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).

Exchanges

Damaged or incorrect items
