Shipping policy

Processing time

- Orders ship from Washington in 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.

Carriers and rates

- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking by email.

Delivery issues

- If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors or your building first. Then email support@mistralcards.com within 7 days. We'll help investigate.
- We're not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.

International orders

- Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Customs may cause delays.
