About Mistral

Mistral WineCards is a modern, tactile wine education system built as collectible decks of physical cards. Each deck teaches grapes, regions, terroir factors, and winemaking techniques using consistent visual scales and plain-English explanations, and includes simple tasting tools to help users observe, describe, and compare wines. The cards are designed to be used alongside a glass of wine—helping beginners learn quickly and helping hospitality teams train and calibrate with a tool that’s accurate, repeatable, and easy to use.
